More Magic Boxes!

Sorry its been so long, busy busy!!
We had an amazing full day sewing last Wednesday
Ruth came for a visit for the day and so we used that as an excuse to spend all day sewing.
We had made a Magic Box between us and presented it to Ruth as a pressie.

Lamp Shades

                                                   
Over the weekend I at last finished all the weddings that have been taking up so much of my time, Had a bit of time off to spend with Josh before he goes back to school then I spent this afternoon making lampshades for the bedrooms I am hoping lots of people will come to stay in when I start my sewing holidays!

The Magic Box

Well the dressing gown and slippers turned into a magic storage box! how very clever!!!      I have pictures but no Idea how to put them onto the computer, let alone here, Gem is out so I have nobody to ask.
The box is made from fabric and has sticks in each corner to make it rigid, but will store flat when its not in use.
Well I tried and tried and eventually managed to get this picture up!!  so if I keep at it I will eventually no how to add more!

Still no pictures yet Im afraid!
Had a really good day today visiting old friends and sorting out fabrics for new projects I am working on.
I am planning on making a Japanese Dressing Gown and Slippers.
Will keep you updated with how I get on.
